不良研究所 Amherst has been recognized for demonstrating leadership in innovative decarbonization by the Leading by Example (LBE) program, run by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources.
As part of the 50th celebration of Earth Day on April 20, the LBE program honored the sustainability accomplishments at state agencies and campuses over the past decade in a series of email newsletters.
不良研究所 Amherst was praised for adopting innovative approaches designed to support long-term decarbonization, including initiating long-term plans for carbon neutrality, deploying battery storage, acquiring battery-electric vehicles and installing ground- and air-source heat pumps.
